  20. Hardware.  It will likely have to be sent back to the manufacturer as
  21. it doesn't have a socketed ROM like the Sportsters.  I'd also hate to
  22. see what they charge for it too.  Cardinal charges $20 for you to send
  23. the modem back to them if the 1.40 flash rom fails and "disables" the
  24. modem.  $30 if you send the modem back to them so that they will flash
  25. it for you.  Ripoff city.
